Amazing Choco Pots

Okay - so here is a recipe for one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. It was featured on Oprah and is called Choco Pots - they form a brownie like outside and a gooey yummy center.

Ingredients:
3/4 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1/2 c. white chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease with butter small single serving ramekin dishes that can go in the oven. On an oven range, melt the semi sweet chocolate chips with the butter. Set aside to cool. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and flour. Combine the flour and the chocolate mixture. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy.
Love you all!

Mmmmmmmm, sounds very yummy, maybe I will start eating desserts again, very tempting! You know your father is a chocoholic, he has 4 dark dove chocolate hearts b/f breakfast everyday, (in place of vitamins).
love ~mommy~
