Wow mom! you really stock us up on the happenings in Idaho and whatever else ya'll are up to. This weekend we had a very busy weekend! Spring break is now over but it doens't seem like i really had a break. but this week it doesn't feel like i should be going back to school. my brain is on strike i think. this weekend we went bowling with our friends dave and paige on friday night, saturday we had paige and dave over for dinner and then had another couple over to join us for cards. it was a really fun group of people. this weekend we also dog sat for our friends joe and tara that live in our complex. sunday we went to church and went home to relax, we watched batman returns. then i went to an arts and crafts festival in gulf breeze with paige and then we went over to our friends jackie and robin's house for dinner and then we roasted smores in their fire pit in their backyard. nothing was real stressful that we did but we have just been on the go all weekend long. i did get a new phone though which means i won't be hanging up on anyone anymore because of my phone randomly dying... i got a razor and it is very cool!
i am thinking about looking for another job - i have been waiting for a part time position to open up closer to suntrust, but it just isn't happening and then the branch of my preference is phasing out their partime positions and going to only fulltime workers. at softball the other night though, one of our team members mentioned the lack of decent resumes coming in to his place of work and they are looking to hire a teller. he said they were looking for a full time person but if i could work full time 3 days a week they may be able to consider it. so i am applying at that job and then keeping my eyes peeled for anything else. the drive is just getting to me!
Dutch is getting better with other dogs. he had company all weekend and then on sunday night we brought him with us to jackie and robins and they have a dog too! he sure slept good last night! we are currently in the process of getting pictures online of us and dutch. it just takes time and we haven't gotten around to doing it yet! so that's it for now
everything else is going well for us. I don't care if we stay outside of DC, it's only one hour each way, which is kind of a lot if we had to do it everyday, but i'll be willing to wake up early to drive to and from... with the two bedroom, we would have to stay with clay and saxon or jo and julia would have to be with bob and adri - i'd rather stay all together. there are some things to do close by the house - we've already been to gettysburg but that's close. i do like the idea of each family unit planning a day - then we get to do something different each day and it will kind reflect personalilites too!
okay! talk to everybody later
we miss you!
sharon
